Pool Attendant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled lifeguard to join our team at Butlin's Splash Waterworld. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while they enjoy our pool and flume facilities. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are strong swimmers and have a natural ability to engage with a wide range of people. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we also offer training and support to help you gain your NPLQ. You will work as part of a great team, but there will be times when you will be supervising areas independently.
