Pool Attendant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a lifeguard at Butlin's. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld.

You will need to have a strong swimming ability and excellent attention to detail to monitor the pool at busy times. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also provide you with the training you need to gain your NPLQ qualification.

You will work alongside a great team and will be responsible for supervising areas independently at times. Our business is open 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
