We're seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Butlins, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests in the pool and on the flumes.
As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for promoting and running poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, interacting with guests and responding to their needs.
If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we'll also provide you with the training you need to gain your NPLQ qualification.
About YouWe're looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. You'll need to be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail, able to monitor the pool at busy times.
You'll work alongside a great team, but there will be times where you'll be supervising areas independently. Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential, as you'll be an important part of our team.
