About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard - Poolside Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our Waterworld team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while also providing exceptional customer service and promoting poolside activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of our guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Develop and implement poolside activities to create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Waterworld team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
About You

We are looking for an individual who is a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we are also happy to support you in gaining your NPLQ with us.
