About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Butlin's. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes, while also providing exceptional customer service and promoting poolside activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of guests and staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests
  • Work closely with the Waterworld team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests

About You:

We are looking for individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. As a Lifeguard, you will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail to ensure you can monitor the pool at busy times.
