Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Air Partner Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through the development of new sales opportunities and the management of existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business growth strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
