Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation to launch. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the innovation stage gate process, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, in-full, and on-cost.
  • Manage multiple innovation and renovation projects from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, including critical path activities, to drive delivery by cross-functional teams to key milestones.
  • Drive best practice project management, business planning, and technology to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate the definition of project goals, objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Ensure full feasibility analyses are conducted, including technical and business assessments, to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements, working closely with the project team and resource management.
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of potential risks and opportunities.
  • Review risks and changes in risk status as part of routine progress reporting.
  • Provide project progress reporting, both in written reports and presentations, to all levels within the organization.
  • Manage change management and change control, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Coordinate the creation of Master Data to ensure that new products are set up, live, and costed on internal systems on time.
  • Manage the smooth transition from project to ongoing production, including release meetings with external stakeholders.
  • Project evaluation, assessment, and communication of results to Supply Chain, Local Regulatory Affairs, Partners, and internal/external operations teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in innovation and development projects, particularly within the FMCG sector, to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing and mitigating risk, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of potential risks and opportunities.
  • Project Management: External certification (e.g. IPMA, APM, PMI, Prince2) preferable and experience with MS Project essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Effective communicator, with good presentation skills and the ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations with large teams.
  • Bias for Action, with a professional and positive approach, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope with pressure, assertiveness, and adaptability.
