Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at Hotel Indigo Bath

Hotel Indigo Bath is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to a high standard, and that all housekeeping equipment and supplies are maintained in good working order. You will also be responsible for conducting regular quality control checks to ensure that our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned to a high standard
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Maintain all housekeeping equipment and supplies in good working order
  • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties to a high standard
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping performance and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Ability to train and develop housekeeping staff
