About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Bath Priory. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve the overall guest experience.
