We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Gainsborough Bath Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate our housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness standards
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our hotel meets the highest standards
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest feedback
