Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is around £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience, making it a competitive offer for professionals in the field of fertility treatment. This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts including weekends at 1:4 frequency.

Job Description
This role involves planning and organizing patient throughput between the clinic and its satellite services. The post holder will act as the Accountable Officer for the storage of controlled drugs within the Clinic in accordance with the Home Office license. They will ensure optimal staffing allocation within the given financial framework, develop work rotas accordingly, and follow developments in the field of nursing and sonography services to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of one year's experience in the fertility field is required, along with specialist knowledge of medical conditions significant in fertility situations. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work as a member of a team or autonomously, and aware of clinical and professional changes in management nursing and the skills required to work in these areas. NMC Part one registration and specialist knowledge of fertility or gynaecology treatment delivery are essential qualifications for this role.
