Hours: Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week

We are a fast-growing new division within our client's Motor Company selling data solutions such as our client's Pro Telematics, Electric Vehicle Charging solutions along with integrated Dash Cam technology being launched soon to commercial vehicle fleet operators both directly to customers and through our vast dealer network.

The successful candidate will have a passion to be part of a winning team that is pushing for success and help grow our business within the industry. We're looking for an individual with strong communication skills with experience in sales/relationship management ideally in SaaS that is passionate about technology and energised by working within one of the biggest automotive brands in the world.

The Role:

This is a hybrid position (office and home) to support the growth of our sales objectives. As VSSM (Virtual Solution Sales Manager) you will be responsible for managing inbound leads for the country, grow the existing SMB customer base and support and grow the business of a selected range of dealers. You will be instrumental in the nurturing and upselling to our Freemium customer base for which you will plan and execute sales webinar. You will be the face of our client's Pro Solutions to a selected group of our client's dealers from whom you will be building your customer network and raising the dealer awareness for the portfolio of services offered by our client's Pro (Electric Vehicles, Charging, Servicing and Data Solutions/Telematics). You will be building strong relationships with our client's Field Based Sales Team, as well as our client's team to generate business opportunities for client's Pro Solutions. Conduct on-line sales demonstrations to prospective customers. Work closely with client onboarding teams to support a seamless and first-class customer experience.

This is a desk-based role where channel/dealer and end customer engagement is done virtually.

You will be working primarily from the Stratford London office, but occasionally also visit and work from the Dunton Office. The future of our client will be defined by Electric Vehicles and software powered services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound leads for the country and grow the existing SMB customer base.
  • Support and grow the business of a selected range of dealers.
  • Nurture and upsell to our Freemium customer base.
  • Plan and execute sales webinars.
  • Build strong relationships with our client's Field Based Sales Team and our client's team.
  • Conduct on-line sales demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Work closely with client onboarding teams to support a seamless and first-class customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills with experience in sales/relationship management ideally in SaaS.
  • Passionate about technology and energised by working within one of the biggest automotive brands in the world.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid position (office and home).
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Able to multitask multiple requirements and actions at once with a good sense of prioritisation.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Able to use Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • An enthusiastic self-starter that is determined to make an impact as an individual contributor whilst working with the team to achieve the overall Country's goal.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a team with smart and ambitious colleagues.
Experience:
  • Strong experience of online sales/account management experience.
Preferred Experience:
  • Channel and/or direct sales experience within a SaaS business.
  • Measured success and proven experience in either telematics, mobility, EV Charging or software sales.
Additional Information:

Stratford office every Tuesday currently then remote the rest of the week unless a specific requirement is needed for an event etc. Occasional day at the Basildon Office each month.
