Community Resources Manager
At Daily Progress, we're seeking a highly skilled Head of Library and Operations to manage our library and community resources department. This role involves overseeing all aspects of library operations, developing and implementing programs and services, and fostering partnerships with community organizations.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a passion for creating engaging programs and services that meet the needs of diverse populations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance library services and programs.
  • Oversee all aspects of library operations, including collections management, programming, and outreach services.
  • Foster relationships with local government officials, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote the library's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with library staff to design and deliver innovative programs and services that meet the needs of diverse populations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Library Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in library management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:
Our salary is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan. We also offer paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional development.
