Job Summary: Cultural Resource Management Expert

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: £35,500 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cultural resource management, with expertise in archaeological research and project management. As a Cultural Resource Management Expert, you will be responsible for leading teams and advising clients on effective cultural resource management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams of consultants and researchers to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Developing and implementing effective cultural resource management strategies for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Conducting thorough archaeological research and analysis to inform project decisions, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in cultural resource management, including archaeological research and project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards common goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, building trust and rapport through effective communication.
