Job Description
We seek a talented and driven Property Fee Earner to manage a full caseload of Property matters, focusing on Residential Property, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, development projects, lease extensions, landlord and tenant, and property finance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full and varied caseload of Property matters
* Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Assist with transfers of equity, development projects, lease extensions, and landlord and tenant matters
* Participate in business development activities
* Build client relationships to ensure further growth and success

Requirements
* A talented and driven Property Fee Earner
* Ability to manage a full caseload of Property matters
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to participate in business development activities
