We are seeking an exceptional Property Fee Earner to join our team at LAW STAFF LTD, a well-established law practice in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a full caseload of Property matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, development projects, lease extensions, landlord and tenant, and property finance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of Property matters, including conveyancing, planning, and property finance
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property law
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the firm
