Volunteer Co-ordinator - Food and Beverage at St Columba's Hospice

We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused individual to coordinate our volunteer team in the Iona Café at St Columba's Hospice.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing a team of volunteers, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves training and co-ordinating the café team, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and consistency of service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of the hospice.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a warm and empathetic approach.

The salary for this role is £25,705 per annum (rising to £26,763 following review and satisfactory performance), plus pension and benefits.

We offer flexible working hours, with a 25-hour week over 4-5 days.
