About the Role

Hobbits Holt is a 24/7 residential care facility providing support to 6 individuals. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the home is maintained in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in maintaining high standards of care and service.
  • Line manage the senior team to ensure excellent care and support are provided to residents.
  • Support residents to live as independently as possible, including personal care.
  • Act as a senior member of staff on shift and confidently support residents and the staff team.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with residents and their families.
  • Contribute to the on-call rota and a varied shift pattern.

All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI, or Disclosure Scotland.
