Care Co-ordinator Job Summary
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join our team in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care services to residents, promoting independence, and maintaining a high-quality standard of care.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive an excellent hourly rate of £14.25, with a yearly salary of approximately £26,676. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive induction program, paid training, and career prospects within our organisation. You will also receive a uniform, assistance with Enhanced DBS, and access to our employee engagement portal.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
- Maintain a high-quality standard of care services, ensuring the physical environment and general day-to-day activities are safe and well-managed.
- Assume responsibility for the running of the home, including the wellbeing of staff and residents, in the absence of the home manager.
- Organise shifts, administer medication, liaise with health professionals, and record resident care plans.
- Assist with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff.
- Support residents with limited mobility or physical/learning difficulties, making effective use of mobility aids and personal equipment provided.

Requirements and Qualifications
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care is required.
- Experience in supervising a care team is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy, understanding, and experience in meeting the needs of residents.
- Good leadership skills and effective communication abilities are essential.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company are highly valued.
