This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Secretary to join our reputable Solicitors in Maidstone. As part of our dynamic commercial team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including diary management, arranging meetings, and maintaining electronic files.

About You
We are looking for an experienced legal secretary with a passion for commercial property. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, and possess strong numeracy skills. Experience with various IT systems is essential, but don't worry if you're not familiar with all of them - we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
* Manage diaries for allocated legal advisors
* Arrange meetings and appointments, including booking meeting rooms and preparing documents
* Use the team's precedents, copy type, or record dictations using audio or digital methods
* Maintain up-to-date electronic files
* Open, close, and archive files as required
* Attend team and training meetings as needed
