About Our Team

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Falkirk area. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional care and companionship to clients in their own homes, maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth.

Job Summary
  • Deliver personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping, ensuring a high level of comfort and cleanliness for clients.
  • Provide emotional support and help maintain clients' mobility, enabling them to live independently and with confidence.
Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs and circumstances.
  • A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
