Homecare Support Worker

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth. You will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance to our clients.
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus paid mileage. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, and access to our benefits and well-being platform.
