About the Role

Fruition IT is proud to be supporting the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in their search for a Programme Manager to join their technology team. As a key member of the CQC team, you will play a crucial role in driving business change and service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visible leadership and line management for the Programme team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement programme and project management methodologies to drive business change and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize programme and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with CQC's strategic objectives.
  • Coach and mentor programme and project team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Programme team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong background in service improvement and optimisation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Proficiency in programme and project management methodologies, including Prince2 and Agile.
