Job Title: Digital Insights and Reporting Specialist

This role supports the Manager of Digital Insights and Reporting in the development and enhancement of key reporting tools and assists with strategic initiatives related to external affairs campaigns.

The role provides a unique opportunity to influence decision-making and campaign performance by creating and managing metrics, data visualizations, dashboards, and providing business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve metrics to drive strategic decisions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, including data visualizations and dashboards, to deliver actionable insights.
  • Use insights to guide strategy, improve performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Assess online behaviors, identifying key influences and trends to improve digital campaign performance.
  • Provide guidance on digital media planning, partner selection, and campaign measurement, offering clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with agencies and consultants to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and reporting.
  • Master complex policy issues impacting the industry and translate them into clear, actionable insights.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in major corporations, issue advocacy, consultancies, or political organizations.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to connect disparate data sources to produce compelling insights and trends.
  • Political awareness with the ability to extract politically relevant data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting complex information clearly.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, often under tight deadlines, with external partners or agencies.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a political or public affairs background, a strong grasp of digital insights, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
