About the Project

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is launching a project, TRANSFORM: Building Diverse Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) Inclusion in Humanitarian Response. This project aims to develop and disseminate learning resources, and as such, IRC is seeking to establish a visual identity for the project.

Job Description

The Consultant will be responsible for providing a professionally designed project visual identity pack that can be contextualized and adapted. The identity needs to be compatible for all four of IRC's working languages - English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a project visual identity pack that aligns with the IRC style guide
  • Ensure all formats are compatible with IRC's four languages: Arabic, English, French, Spanish
  • Deliver a style guide in PDF format in English
  • Share the first draft project visual identity pack for review within 10 working days
Requirements
  • 2+ years of demonstrated graphic design work and experience
  • Able to work independently from home with access to all necessary equipment and programs
  • Previous experience in the humanitarian sector and/or DEI work is a strong advantage
  • Working proficiency in either Spanish, French, or English. A minimum of limited working proficiency is required in English
  • Ability to work in more than one of IRC's languages is an advantage (Arabic, English, French, or Spanish)
