Job Title: TRANSFORM Graphic Design Consultant

Job Summary:

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Consultant to lead the development of a visually stunning project identity pack for the TRANSFORM project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a cohesive and inclusive visual identity that reflects the project's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a project visual identity pack that aligns with the IRC style guide
  • Develop a logo, PowerPoint template, publications template, and other visual elements
  • Ensure the identity is compatible with IRC's four working languages: English, Arabic, French, and Spanish
  • Collaborate with the IRC team to review and refine the design
  • Deliver the final visual identity pack in various formats

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
