Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at The Workplace Consultancy. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual materials: Create engaging and informative designs for brochures, direct mail, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity: Ensure consistency in branding across all channels and platforms.
  • Manage and produce seasonal assets: Create and distribute seasonal point-of-sale materials, including sale and markdown displays.
  • Manage photo library: Organize and maintain a comprehensive photo library, ensuring all images meet quality and resolution standards.
  • Produce press and PR lookbooks: Design and produce high-quality lookbooks for press and PR purposes.
  • Manage workflow and team: Coordinate and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and effective use of skills.
  • Manage external agencies: Collaborate with external creative agencies and freelancers as needed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Serve as a point of contact for graphics-related feedback, changes, and requests.
  • Stay proactive and adaptable: Demonstrate excellent communication and planning skills to ensure timely management of workload and respond to business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong design skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Project management skills: Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality designs and accurate information.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
