As a Project Worker at Threshold, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals struggling with mental illness. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the therapeutic project, working collaboratively with clients to set and achieve their goals. This may involve group and one-to-one work, as well as participation in a program of care designed to promote independence and personal growth.
