**Freelance Trainer**

For this role, we are looking for those who are passionate, skilled and driven individuals to join our Training Team at CLX, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to work with leading UK and international retailers and be responsible for preparing, facilitating, and delivering a range of programs to our valued clients to a high standard. This may range from leadership, behavioural, customer service to operational training. Quality, consistency, and making sure you create a strong impact in the client’s mind is key.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, facilitate, and deliver training programs for our clients and their employees onsite at our client’s premises
- Provide on the job training and coaching in Leadership, behaviour, customer service, soft skills and operational training
- Provide exceptional support to our clients and their employees
- Equip clients on best practice to ensure that customers get the best experience from their checkout ecosystem
- Instil a customer-centric service methodology
- Run training programs for small groups as well as 1 on 1 sessions
- Develop and administer training materials and reporting
- Be able to work on weekends and late nights if required
- Liaise with key stakeholders

**Education and experience**
- Experience in a similar role working with mainstream supermarkets is ideal
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is ideal but not required

Domestic travel may be required. The business will pay for all domestic travel and accommodation in accordance with the Expense Policy.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £240.00-£250.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
