Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Lead to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing and driving complex new product development (NPD) projects from concept stage through to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring commercial viability and timely delivery.
  • Lead a small team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful product launches.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the product portfolio.
  • Work closely with multinational suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in Food Science or Food Technology.
  • Experience in ingredients, powdered products, drinks, or complex products requiring technical/scientific understanding.
  • Strong track record of managing and delivering projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Natural communicator with ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
