About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Lead to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science or technology, with experience in product formulation, scale-up, and launch. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects with cross-functional teams, as well as working closely with multinational suppliers.

As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing product development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver new products from concept to launch
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials
  • Managing product development budgets and resources
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
