Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Safety Specialist to join our team at the Ferry Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers and staff while using the pool facilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to possess strong swimming skills and hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).

About the Role:

  • To provide high-quality lifeguarding services to our customers
  • To supervise activities in the pool area and ensure that all necessary safety protocols are followed
  • To maintain a clean and safe pool environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
