Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members, particularly in our wet facilities such as the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.

  • Proactive Approach: You will be vigilant and responsive in identifying and addressing any potential safety hazards or incidents.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of £25,480 per annum (pro rata). As a Water Safety Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills while making a real difference in the lives of our members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and passion for great customer care are essential qualities for this position.
