Experience: At least 12 months of conveyancing experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our property law department, you will support our experienced conveyancers in handling property transactions and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist conveyancers in managing property transactions, including drafting documents and conducting research
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of files, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service
Requirements:
- Strong background in conveyancing, preferably in a legal assistant or paralegal role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
