The Resourcing Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Success Representative to join our team at a leading provider of high-quality home furniture and décor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Our ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of sales success in furniture, assisted sales or telecommunications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to work effectively in a team and be highly motivated and driven to succeed. In addition to a competitive remuneration package, you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities to further your career.

Salary Information
The successful candidate will earn up to £23,800 basic salary + commission, OTE £40,000 (Competitive Remuneration Package).

Responsibilities and Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
• Proven track record of sales success in furniture, assisted sales or telecommunications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge of home furniture and décor is desirable
