We are looking for an experienced Project Handover Expert to join our team at Edocuments Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely project handovers.

Job Description:

You will use in-house software to manage information provided by subcontractors and clients, sifting through and quality checking data to produce excellent handover information.

The successful candidate will have a construction background, preferably with a firm understanding of M&E, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use in-house software to manage project data
  • Action non-technical comments on manuals
  • Address project creep and control where possible, escalating to the Project Manager if needed
  • Maintain project management tools to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Pension scheme after completion of 3 month probation
