Job Overview
As a Compensation Specialist Leader at Thegradcafe, you will oversee the sales compensation plan administration for two or more lines of business. Your role will involve leading the implementation of plans into Xactly, new hire plan onboarding, commission calculations, policy governance, escalation resolution, and sales leader and field support.

The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in a quantitative major (finance, business, mathematics, statistics) and 5-7+ years of sales compensation experience. You must possess strong analytical chops, a problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills.

We estimate the salary to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
