About the Team

SNAP Care is a leading provider of specialist care services, dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition and their families. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Weekend SEN Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to Jake.

Job Overview:

  • Assist Jake with daily living tasks and activities
  • Support Jake during mealtimes and leisure activities
  • Help Jake manage expressive behaviours and develop self-regulation strategies
  • Work collaboratively with Jake's case management team

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable approach

Compensation and Benefits:

£304.00 gross per weekend, paid bi-weekly (£19.00 gross per hour), with regular training and supervision provided by Jake's case management team.
