Teaching Assistant Vacancy:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Maidenhead. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs, assisting classroom activities, and collaborating with staff members.


Responsibilities:



  1. Pupil Support: Provide individualized support to pupils with complex needs, including those with ASD.
  2. Classroom Assistance: Assist children in understanding teacher instructions and engaging with classroom activities to promote positive behavior for learning.
  3. Teamwork: Collaborate with staff members to develop personalized learning plans, provide emotional support, and communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
  4. Progress Tracking: Keep track and record pupil progress, providing valuable insights for teachers to inform their teaching strategies.

In addition to a competitive salary package (£80-90 per day), we offer a full-time position with regular working hours (8:30am-4pm) and ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and qualifications.
