Job Title: Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Care Manager to lead the implementation of our new care service in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in domiciliary care and a deep understanding of registration processes with Care Inspectorates.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, with the ability to grow and develop the company. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our service's policies and procedures, evaluating our goals and quality objectives, and developing effective working relationships with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to our administration, care staff, and people management functions.
  • Carry out and provide leadership in marketing our service and selling its services at agreed prices.
  • Maintain the operations of our service at the standard agreed with our Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider.
  • Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by our service.
Requirements:
  • Good English skills - written and verbal.
  • 1st Level Nursing Qualification.
  • Vocational qualification Level 5 Health and Social Care.
  • Qualifications in Management.
  • Understanding of how to read and produce our Provider's budget plans.
  • Ability to plan and attend regular meetings with all stakeholders to keep abreast of views and expectations.
