We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in a Bank capacity. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will work across multiple Care Homes within a specified region, providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents
- Develop and maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments
- Oversee medicine management on shift, adhering to company policies and legislation
- Utilize clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members
- Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
- Registered Nurse with ability to lead a team
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and families
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to demonstrate a sense of humour and positive outlook
- Able to drive and hold a full license
