As an Engagement Centre Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our supporters, ensuring they feel known, loved, and connected to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to supporter inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure effective communication with supporters and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex issues, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
