The Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional support, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including top recruitment agencies, and provide proactive support to ensure their success.
  • Review client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve results.
  • Liaise with clients through regular communication, including phone, email, and meetings.
  • Analyze recruitment data to provide clients with tailored feedback on market trends and account performance.
  • Deliver personalized online training sessions to clients to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive account growth and retention.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer service, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and ability to navigate multiple systems.
