Job Title: Business Analyst for Contact Centre Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in a key role that involves strategic planning, forecasting, and capacity management for our contact centre operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in resource planning, forecasting, and analytics, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency specialising in Resource Planning and Workforce Management, Analytics, and Customer Contact Technologies.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing short to mid-term forecasts and capacity plans, working closely with the operational teams to ensure effective deployment of resources.
  • Apart from your technical expertise, you should have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing, owning, and refining short to mid-term forecasts and capacity plans.
  2. Leading all forecasting activities, providing detailed knowledge of propensity to contact, customer drivers, seasonality, and customer contact analysis.
  3. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the Resource Planning team.
  4. Providing commercially aware input and recommendations to the budgeting process and future demand planning cycle.

We offer a competitive salary between £34,000 - £36,000 plus benefits and a flexible hybrid working model.
