About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Farnham Castle Weddings and Events. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our website to improve user experience and search engine rankings
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote our services
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our online presence remains competitive
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and paid online advertising
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of website analytics and ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
