Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy

- Manage and Optimize Website
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
- Manage and create high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Influencer Engagement and Management
- Develop and execute a strategy for influencer engagement to position Farnham Castle Weddings and Events as a premium wedding and events venue.
- Manage and track influencer relationships, including collaborations and content partnerships.
- Digital Business Intelligence
- Provide regular business insights on digital activity, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital marketing efforts.
- Line Management
- Manage and oversee the work of external agencies and freelancers, ensuring they meet our digital marketing objectives.
- Champion digital best practices and ensure our digital marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, creative, or digital discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in digital marketing, communication, or related discipline.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Skills
- High command of Office 365 and applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Proficient in the use of WordPress and other web-based applications.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Very well organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and decision-making.
- Strong communication capability.
