About the Role

Farnham Castle Weddings and Events is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • Manage Website and Digital Platforms
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of our website to ensure it is user-friendly and effective
    • Manage digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and implement a content strategy to engage our target audience
    • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform marketing decisions
    • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance to senior management
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to deliver digital marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and paid online advertising
    • Degree in marketing, creative, or digital discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
    • Experience with website development and maintenance, including WordPress and other web-based applications
    • Proficient in Office 365 and applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
