Our company is seeking a skilled Collections Advisor to join our team in Clayton-le-Moors, Accrington. As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options. You will build rapport with customers, providing empathy and compassion while maintaining a professional demeanor. Your goal will be to minimize arrears and help customers get back on track with their payments. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively.
