About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Strategy Specialist to join our team at Starling Bank. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive collections strategies that drive good customer outcomes and improve recovery rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customer-centric collections strategies tailored to different customer segments
  • Continuously review and refine the collections strategy to improve recovery rates and drive good customer outcomes
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure all collection strategies comply with relevant UK regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Analytical mindset with a natural intellectual curiosity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to support across a number of pieces of work both BAU and strategic enhancements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messages across a range of stakeholders
