**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Company Secretary to join our team at Baker McKenzie Global Services, Belfast. As a key member of our global services team, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate maintenance obligations.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, with experience in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and company secretarial software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key client contact on GCMS projects and manage the client relationship.
- Develop, populate, and maintain corporate information and documents on BM Online, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Review draft documents prepared by local counsel offices, making necessary updates before circulation to clients.
- Project manage the onboarding process for new GCMS clients.
- Coordinate large-scale multi-jurisdictional corporate changes, such as director changes, powers of attorney, incorporations, bank signatory changes, and name changes.
- Work with local legal experts to provide clients with notifications of changes to company law affecting corporate maintenance obligations.
- Assist with quarterly/bi-annual or annual client review calls and client visits, and respond to client queries about the GCMS retainers, scope of services.
Requirements:
- Graduate (2:1 preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate Excel and Word expertise essential.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in SharePoint and other company secretarial software an advantage.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
